Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how tutoring services are delivered by Atlas Learn and what you agree to when you book lessons. By making an enquiry, booking lessons, or continuing with tutoring, you accept these Terms.
1. Lessons & Responsibilities
Lessons are arranged between the parent/guardian and Atlas Learn. Lessons may be delivered by Yasindu or by a tutor working with Atlas Learn. Atlas Learn aims to match each student with a suitable tutor based on subject, level, and availability. While tutors work hard to support student progress, no specific grade or exam result is guaranteed.
2. Payments & Invoicing
All payments are made by parents/guardians. An invoice is sent at the end of each week for all lessons completed during that week. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date and is made by bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice. As invoices cover lessons that have already taken place, refunds are not offered.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at any time by contacting Atlas Learn. There is no cancellation fee. We do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, as this allows tutors to plan accordingly.
4. Tutors & Safety
Atlas Learn works with a number of tutors who deliver lessons on its behalf. Atlas Learn takes safeguarding seriously. Where a DBS-checked tutor is specifically required, please let us know at the time of enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate this. All tutors are expected to keep student information confidential, use it only for the purpose of delivering lessons, and communicate professionally at all times. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children where appropriate, particularly during online lessons.
5. Communication
Atlas Learn and its tutors may contact parents or students by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other agreed methods. All communication is for the purpose of arranging and delivering lessons only.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Atlas Learn Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with tutors solely for the purpose of delivering lessons.
7. Changes to Services or Tutors
Lesson times, tutor availability, and schedules may occasionally change. If a tutor becomes unavailable, Atlas Learn will endeavour to find a suitable replacement. You may stop lessons at any time without penalty.
8. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Learn is not liable for exam results, school outcomes, decisions made by parents, students, or teachers, or technical issues that arise during online lessons. Atlas Learn provides tutoring in good faith and is committed to delivering high-quality support.
9. Ending Lessons
You may end lessons at any time without penalty. All completed lessons up to that point remain payable when invoiced.
